Job Description for the role:
- Technical support to Sales to generate RFQ.
- Qualification and Risk Assessment of opportunities.
- Pre-Order working on techno-commercial proposals & required documents e.g., Schematic, BOM, Cost sheet, etc.. Post-Order Technical work and documentation, customer approval.
- Liaison with Customers, CFTs/ BU / Vendors during the entire project.
- Maintains a close connection with customers and builds meaningful insights. Prove-Out concepts, prototyping with documentation.
- Project Documentation incl. Loss Order Analysis, Lesson Learned, etc. Develop & promote future technology/products/solutions.
- Conduct technical training/awareness.
