Sr. Engineer/ Manager recruitment in Bharat Electronics Limited.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Work on the maintenance of Electronics Equipment like Servers, Work Stations, Network Switches,
  Storage, Displays, UPS and Computer Hardware.
• Operating System Porting, Software Application porting, system performance testing, system
  integration testing, installation, Commissioning, setting to work at remote sites and field trials.
• Loading and configuration of operating system like Linux / RT Linux / Oracle.
• To work on the application program and modify configuration as per requirement.
• To work as Nodal Engineer, responsible for providing effective product support for all BEL
  equipment in the Command & Control station & associate field Units of IAF.
• Liaison & co-ordination with BEL-Sub vendors, OEMs for resolution of Complaints.
• Act as first point of contact for the customer concerns.
• Co-ordination with other sites for resolving customer concerns/issues.
• Support at site during trials, installation & commissioning, system upgrade exercises.
• Inventory Management at the Command Control Stations.
• Effective Management of maintenance operations.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner.

In addition to the above, any work based on the future requirement of BEL will also be assigned.

EXPERIENCE:
SR.ENGINEER (E-III GRADE): CIVIL: FIXED TERM

Min.4 years of experience in site execution, estimation, coordination, quality control, billing etc. maintaining site
records, knowledge of CPWD specifications and IS codes. Candidate should have handled contract and closing
of projects. Candidates should have knowledge and proficiency in use of computers.

SR.ENGINEER (E-III GRADE): MECHANICAL: FIXED TERM

Minimum 4 years of experience in areas such as HVAC design and execution of HVAC Projects and
expertise in handling & executing large HVAC Projects like installation of A/C chillers, AHU’s, Pumps,
Erection of ducts, Chilled/Hot water pipe lines, Including estimation and Measurements. Also exposure to
execution of Fire Alarm Systems, Integrated Building Management Systems, Fire Hydrant Systems etc.
Exposure to AutoCAD & Microsoft project is desirable.

SR.ENGINEER (E-III GRADE): ELECTRICAL: FIXED TERM

4 years of experience in designing of Electrical Power distribution Systems & electrical works for Industrial
applications, which includes selection and integration of HT & LT switchgear, transformers, DG sets with
AMF/ATS, UPS, Automatic fire detection and Alarm system, Grounding systems, cables, connectors and
programmable logic controllers, preparation and understanding of electrical drawings, Execution of electrical
installation and commissioning at sites across India. Dealing and coordination with electrical contractors for
execution of works at sites.

MANAGER (E-V GRADE): CIVIL: FIXED TERM

Min 14 years experience in project and construction management. Experience in site execution / supervision of
construction related works involving earth work, building works, RCC works like foundation of structures, civil
engineering projects, estimation, tendering, rate analysis, etc. Candidate should have handled contract and
closing of projects. Alternately candidate should have experience in co-ordination with various agencies involved
like client, consultants, contractors, etc. with knowledge of CPWD specifications. Candidates exposure to
AutoCAD & Microsoft projects will be preferred.

testing, product assurance, quality assurance, sales, commercial, marketing, sub-contract, etc of BEL Equipments/
Systems. The customer Sites are –

 Delhi
 Ambala (Haryana)
 Shillong (Arunachal Pradesh)
 Salua (West Bengal)
 Memaura (Lucknow)
 Bangalore (Karnataka)
 Port Blair (Andaman & Nicobar Islands)
 Any other BEL Customer sites, BEL units/Regional Offices/any other work Area of BEL/Regional Service
Centres (RSCs)/ anywhere in India or abroad decided by BEL.
Initial Posting of Engineers at any location in India/abroad is the sole discretion of BEL Management. BEL also
reserves the rights of posting of any Engineer anywhere on rotational basis in due course of service. Decision on
place of initial posting and thereafter rotation of Engineer will be decided by BEL on requirement basis and No
request of any type will be entrained in this regard.
